Question about something I found!

So I’m staying at a relatives house, and I scored some oral morphine solution, 100mg/5mL. It says only for use in opioid tolerant patients(I do around .3 of ecfp a day). Does this just go under my tongue? How much do I have to take? The recipient of it has since passed from lung cancer and it’s about a year old so I have a feeling it’s pretty strong stuff, yet might have lost potency. Any help is appreciated!
