Is there a bug in this game that cause your skills to be cast on your hero? (no quick cast enable)

I don't even know how many times this has happened. With tychus granade or tassadar eletric shock (?). I'm in the middle of a tf, my mouse hovering over other heroes and when I cast the skill, it actually goes on my feet. I mean, really?
