Whitemane should have an indicator next to her portrait that tells how many allies is affected by her trait.

I mean, Malf have it, Stukov have it, so I don't see why not with Whitemane. It's pretty important to her too, more Zealed people = more healing and it's VERY keep track of it especially during combat.
If they don't want to design a new logo, they can do it the usual way: Add the Zeal icon and a silver circle around it with the number right under. Looks bad but still can function.
