How unoptimized is the game at the moment?

I had to uninstall the game a couple patches ago because everytime there would be a decent enough teamfight I would get around 10 fps. This was all on the lowest settings. I have a 1060 build and I can run nearly all games on medium/medium high. I love this game and would love to play it more but I don't want to have to install it again only to find I still can't run it well.

Edit: reinstalled. Played 2 Brawls. Game runs well. High settings. Didn't get to check fps but it seemed to run smoothly. I wonder what the issue was a month ago that I would drop frames so hard?
