TL;DR thanks to /u/mzakariya

Some highlights:

No balance changes
No more horse mount for Zagara, Anub’arak or Azmodan
Many other fixes to broken talents/heroics impacting several heroes, notably includes a fix for Zagara's maw
DX11 fixes
Tooltip fixes
Global abilities can be cast through the minimap once more, as long as Quickcast is "on"

No changes to:

Heroes getting the wrong mounts / poverty horse
Body blocking
