How to request access to the Alpha for small press outlets?

A friend and I run a very small sight, and would really like to cover some HotS stuff, make videos, stream, the usual nonsense. I have heard tales of small sights requesting alpha access before and getting approved. What is the best way to do this? I know a lot of people here really want to get in, just hoping this might help at least from a work standpoint.
