Paresthesia (pins and needles) whenever I take Butcher's Broom with Horse Chestnut Extract.
Post Body

Hi all,

For a few months now, I've been taking horse chestnut extract and butcher's broom extract separately. A couple of weeks ago, I tried taking them together and immediately noticed paresthesia in multiple, especially in my fingers. There's also a noticeable cold feeling in my hands and feet.

This feeling is dose-dependent. Once, I accidentally took a bit too much and the feeling lasted for an entire day. But cutting back on smaller doses makes it last for a few hours, the first hour having the strongest effect.

Just wondering if anyone has noticed this before and if it's normal/expected?
