Question: what other herbs boost clarity and energy like Rhodiola? Follow up, should I reduce the amount I’m currently taking to see if there is some sleep improvement? (taking 500 mg currently).
I’ve been taking Rhodiola for about a month and I absolutely love the change I’m seeing. My energy level has drastically changed. However, I have been having difficulty getting to sleep, which sucks. Although I am sleeping less which is a plus. I’ve taken Ashwagandha at night to help fall asleep. I will admit to having only done a cursory skin on Rhodiola, but just curious to get other perspectives.
For some info: 43 female (fairly sure I’m perimenopausal) have no thyroid and am bipolar 2.
