Hi y’all! I am curious as to what herbs can help with lowering and balancing high blood sugar episodes. This is for a family member who struggles with diabetes and likes to drink herbal teas, tonics and meals. She’s been doing fine lately but we just learned she may not be able to eat oatmeal as her sugar has been high for a few days since eating it. Not dangerous high but uncomfortable high, if anyone is familiar with that feeling. It’s slowly coming down but I would like to know what herbs we can incorporate into her daily diet as a precaution and maybe if she eats something that spikes her, help lower it a bit. TIA!
