It's my understanding that if you are marketing a product intended for human ingestion then you are required to have the Hemp Establishment Permit which ensures your products are manufactured in a facility subjected to food service inspections and what not. So in that sense selling any homemade products, even just locally, would be illegal. To my knowledge though there is a loophole/grey area with this as long you only recommend your product to be used externally. Not sure how that plays out if selling Tinctures/Capsules/Salves. Apparently there is nothing regulating the sale of smokable hemp flower though as that shit is in just about every gas station and habib.. If anyone has any more info on this let me know!
