Do you still use tinctures ?

I recently started vaping hemp flower, and it is absolutely what I've been missing in my life. I've been taking taking Lazarus Naturals standard potency tincture for about a year now and I'm wondering if I really even need to anymore. I do like their energy & relax caps thou so will prob continue with those but wondering if the tincture is still worth it or if it's just placebo at this point.
