Ibuprofen for hemorrhoid pain?

Is it a bad idea to take ibuprofen for hemorrhoid pain? I know it makes clotting harder or slower, but on the other hand you're kinda screwed in that department since pretty much all OCT pain meds do the same thing. Thoughts?
