Internal hemorrhoid question
Post Body

Hey all,

I have a question and I’m hoping someone here might have some insight. A while ago I had an external hemorrhoid that eventually cleared up. Recently I’ve noticed a sensation after (large) bowel movements.

Specifically, after bowel movements I have a sort of sensation immediately inside the anus. It isn’t painful, it’s more like there was no sensation before and now I can sort of feel things shifting around when I bend over or squat down. The sensation is the. Usually gone by the next day and everything feels normal.

I’m wondering if this is somehow related to internal hemorrhoids. Or maybe this is totally normal and I’ve I just never noticed it — which is very possible since I suffer from health anxiety and my brain will randomly attach to things like this.

Any insight would be appreciated.
