And i probably still do, but today, it went back inside! I have been suffering from hemorrhoids for the longest, and it got very bad about 3 weeks ago. This is what ive done, its alot, and im not sure what helped but something definitely has, they just shrink away and become more pliable.

Psyllium husk, alot of it

Water, alot of it

quit Caffeine.

Sitz baths with bath salts, alum powder, and a little castor oil. alot of them.

Nightly applications of a mixture of beeswax, honey, and olive oil.

Herbal supplements - Disomin, Queretin, Reutin, Bilberry Liang-Xue-Di-Huang Decoction, Hua Zhi Pian Hemoroff.
