Intertrigo?

So not sure if this is the correct sub for this but my brother has a bad case of Intertrigo which is a fungal rash infection but also accompanied with hemorrhoids… Has anyone had issues with this? He has everything you can think of but what had helped others and how long does this shit last? Sorry if this is the wrong sub but any help would be appreciated….. He looks miserable and is oozing from his but… I’m very sorry for the content…
