My partner and I have been together for 6 months. At this time I believe we are not going to weather the storm of my assholery.

I believe I self sabotage, am overly critical and am on the defensive at all times.

Probably due to neglectful parenting as a young child, and feelings of never being good enough or worthy.

I don't have insurance until after January and my intent is to take advantage of therapy when I do, so I suppose I'm just looking for some support.

Anyone else an asshole who may ruin their own relationships due to not feeling like they are enough or deserving? Let's help each other.. before we ruin the good we have?
