I'm 20, homeless and don't know what to do

The title pretty much says it all, I'm homeless now do to a set of events I had no control over. Does anyone have any advice for a 20 years old homeless person in downtown Cincinnati. I'm reaching the end of my rope here and with no food or water I'm not sure how much longer I can survive for.
