im 17 and i have been consistently working out for 5 months, i cannot loose my lovehandles, my dad says its probably genetics because he couldnt either, however i think its my fault as i eat decently healthy but still have ab 2 days a week where i have a hard time controlling myself, like today i ate wAyyyyy too much cookies and other shit from subway, the craving was just overpowering, i have lost 40 pounds but really want these lovehandles gone so i can have abs, can somone give me some tips too help me controle myself during those 2 days?
