I can’t stop crying and I don’t know why

it seems like every little thing makes me cry and get goosebumps and i don’t know why. I’ll listen to music, see a picture and just start to tear up and cry. I’m starting to think there’s something wrong with my mental state because I have dark thoughts but I have no interest in self harm or suicidal thoughts. I’m just looking for advice as to what to do and if anyone whom has any ideas what’s wrong me to shed some light on what going on with me.
