I've never tried to design my own Xbox controller & buy it, but I was thinking about it. I'm wondering is it worth it? Does it actually work? I did some research & someone made a post on Microsoft about their personal experience trying to order one, and they said they went through a huge long hassle & still haven't gotten it, they ordered it 2 different times in 2022. The first time, it took the money out of their account, but they got no receipt or anything, after talking otp for who knows how long, they got their money back. The second time, they did get an online receipt this time, but they said when they looked online it said it was still pending, and they still have not received their controller. Is Xbox design lab a scam or something? Has anyone had any positive experiences from using the Xbox design lab?
