Has the chat button been fixed? Still missing on my end, both desktop and mobile.

Tried messaging someone today only to find out my chat button is missing. Found out there was some problems with it, but they should be fixed now. I still have problems, both on my desktop and mobile app. Also happens to my alt accounts as well. The chat button just isn't there, and when I try to workaround and type someone's name in the chat it doesn't allow that either.
