Any way to block users' posts in search results (when I search for keywords they use in their posts)?

There are some users who spam a bunch of subreddits with the same posts using keywords I'm searching for. I have them blocked so I wouldn't see their posts in the specific subreddits, but in search results all of their posts come up as normal. Any way to completely remove them from my views in both subreddit and search results? Thanks!
