How do I change my username?

As far as I can see I'm unable to do so. I want to change it because it kind of is in poor taste ... it has NOTHING to do with the current court case with Kesha, i created it years ago from a dumb inside joke. Anyway...
If I can't change it, is there an easy way to set up a new account and transfer all my subscribed reddits over? and my upvoted and saved links? I don't care about losing karma or my comments.
