Trying to delete, don’t have access to phone number

I’m trying to delete my account here, I don’t have access to the phone number I used to create it, I’ve moved countries and the number is long gone, is there any way to do it? I tried to delete the number from my account but it sends a 6 digit code to the number, I tried to add an email but it sends a code to the number, I tried to delete the account but it sends a code to the number, seems impossible but there must be a way right?
