Safe search option not showing up in settings (mobile)

I just made a new account and the safe search option isn't showing up in settings under view or anywhere for that matter. This isn't just for this account but an older one as well which already has it turned off (meaning even if I wanted to I couldn't turn it off). Please help🙏
