Can someone please explain

What in the actual hell does it mean when it tells me that I need to have a more established account? I’m on iOS so idk if it has to do with that or something else. I’ve posted to multiple subreddits and commented on other people’s post and liked them and yet it still says I need a more established account. Someone please help me out and explain it to me like a 4th grader because I apparently don’t understand it.
