In the past couple of weeks, I’ve started having the above issue and it seems to be getting more and more frequent.

I open the app and go into my messages. I can see a message has come in but no matter how much I tap on it, I can’t get it to open. So I try a different message - same issue.

Other times I can get into the message and I can reply to it but the reply doesn’t show up in the conversation.

So far, the only thing I’ve found that fixes it is to completely uninstall it from my iPhone and then reinstall it. It then works for a couple of days and then starts acting up again. I thought perhaps the app was complaining because sometimes I’m on Wi-Fi but other times I’m not but that makes no sense.

Am I going mental here or is there a simpler explanation?
