Chat messages fail to send

This is my second account that have this problem. My recent account had this issue just after a few hours of being created, and the previous account had the same issue after being used for two months.

I've tried reinstalling the app, verifying my email address, getting more karmas and just waiting for days, and things didn't go back to normal. Anything I can do to make my chat work?

Also, as soon as the messages failed to deliver, I couldn't post anything in any sub again, before that, posting was functional.
