I was in the middle of a great conversation in Reddit chat and all of a sudden I see the notification but the chat has disappeared, I don’t even have the person’s username to send another message. I tried the app on my phone, android, work phone, iOS, and the website version and in all of them, I can see the chat notification but the conversation is completely gone.
What can I do?
