How to access history of pages visited on the Android App?

I recently opened a user profile but forgot what it's name was. It didn't have any posts or comments but I want to know what it's name was now.
Is there anyway i can find what the name of this user was or is this info gone forever? I know that the Reddit App saves history of what posts I viewed but not of user profiles i visited.
Is it possible to open the Reddit sub-folder in the Android folder and find a file that stores info all of the pages visited by me?
