Mods say their "crowd control filters" are preventing me from being seen in their sub??

So, there is this one sub I want to partake in, but none of my posts are showing up. I messaged the mods and they said it was because I posted in or visited an NSFW sub (which is kind of inevitable on Reddit). I asked them what I had to do in order to partake in their sub and they haven't gotten back to me - Twice I asked them this... So, I made a new account and posted from there, but even that didn't work!! What am I doing wrong?? This has never happened to me with any other sub. They said there's nothing they can do about it...
