Help with posts not showing

I've been on Reddit for about 6 months and I know have low Karma(I've been posting and commenting trying to build that up). But in posting to other subreddit which have no Karma requirements, my posts just aren't showing. I sort by new, nothing. I search the exact title of my post, nothing. When I look at my profile in the reddit app, I don't see any of my recent posts(though I do see my comments).

I'm wondering if I messed up a setting or something in the app that is making my posts private or something?

FYI - My posts are NSFW, so tread carefully and please be respectful.
