Can't make an image post in an image subreddit--help?

So this is getting a little frustrating--I'm trying to post some images on a subreddit that's primarily for image posts (and which I'm a member of), but the actual option to create any kind of image post there is greyed out for no apparent reason. I can still post the images just fine in a post on my own profile.

I contacted the moderators of that sub, who didn't know what the cause was, but suggested waiting for a week or so after I joined. That was a week and a half ago.

If it matters, the subreddit and (some of) the intended images are NSFW (this account is also classed as NSFW).

Help would be greatly appreciated!
