Is there a heat pump for RVs that doesn't suck? (can't find any that heat under 40F)

Post Body

I already have a mini split in my bedroom, it absolutely rocks, if not a bit oversize. Heat worked during last year's "Bomb cyclone" and the exchanger outside was directly in -50F wind chill 40MPH gusting winds. Lots of defrost cycles, but still put out heat!

Now I'm looking for a roof mounted unit to replace the stock AC only unit. The issue is that none that I can find can go below 40F and they don't seem to be variable speed compressors.

I'd rather not do the work to install another ductless mini split and instead replace the rooftop unit if possible. Any tips on a rooftop RV unit that doesn't suck?
