Here is my post to blizzard support, but they don't take tickets for mobile. I can't connect anymore and it's been about 3 months. If this isn't fixed soon or someone here can help I'm never buying a single thing for HS again. (Can't even log it so that comment is redundant anyways)

Message i wrote to blizz support:

Can't start the game on my mobile phone. The game doesn't load once it gets to the intro screen. It stops before the hearthstone logo appears. I hear it's a 5g issue. I've cleared the cache etc..

I know this is a well known issue. I WILL NOT spend a cent on this game until you fix this issue.
