Have you ever played an Ultimate Infestation in Druid (well yes, UI is basically the identity of the class at this point) but then drew Lesser Jasper Spellstone? You’d find that the spellstone gets upgraded because of the armor you gain at the same time you drew the card. This brings up a problem though, Paladin also has a Spellstone and also has a way to upgrade it at the same time as drawing cards; the card “Lay on Hands”. In theory, if you restore 3 or more health with Lay on Hands and draw the Spellstone within the three cards you draw, the Spellstone should upgrade just like the Druid’s Stone. In practice however, it doesn’t work, but is this a bug or an intended feature? Technically it does say “Restore 8 Health” before saying “Draw 3 cards” while UI says “Draw 5 cards” before saying “Gain 5 armor”, so would that explain it? Was the order intended? Does the order even matter? Should it be changed? Could a change suddenly make Heal Paladin a good deck? Probably no on that last one...
