TLDR; Sherazin must be played/summoned after the secret to cheat death. If cheated death you wont have the dormant Sherazin on field.

Was trying to summon an army of Sherazin's as I love Dreadstead and wanted to emulate the experience. But I noticed that sherazin didnt cheat death. So i delved further into this interaction.

If you first play the secret cheat death, then play sherazin. You will have sherazin return to your hand.

If you have cheat death in the field then resurrect sherazin afterwards and then have it die, Cheat death will activate

If you first play sherazin then cheat death, you will have a domant sherazin and still have the secret.
