When I first saw Arfus on the reveal stream, my first thought was "Why is this a Beast? Spirit Wolves aren't Beasts?"
After some talking I was convinced that Spirit Wolves are summoned from elemental energies, whereas Arfus is a dog that died. Fair enough.
But if this is the case, why are cards like Unearthed Raptor and Fossilized Devilsaur not Beasts? They follow the same rules as Arfus being a Beast? Look at Sindragosa and Bone Drake, they are both undead dragons, and they both have the Dragon tag.
I know consistency isn't one of Blizzard's strongpoints, but this does not add up.
