Would have Blizzard gone too far if they made Rumbling elemental a 3/6 ?

I like his effect but I don't think it's that strong, so it could've been a 3/6 like his mage elemental mate. That way, it would have been a great 4 drop on its own and with 6 hp it's hard to kill him so his effect could trigger from Azure Drakes, Loatheb, Fire ele on the next turns.
