BRM board in constructed when?

I know that last year when Naxx was released the board was available in constructed/arena from the day 1 of releasing the first wing. I was wrong, in fact Naxx board was released on 02.10.2014 and naxx was released late july.
I said well, maybe they are waiting in BRM for all wings to be released. So I waited. Now all wings are released and another week and a half passed after that and we don't have the board..
Anyone knows why is this happening? Did blizz said anything on the forum about this? I'd really want to play with the lava xD
