Update 30/1 7:50PM CET/ 10:50AM PST: The issue continues to be investigated. Although we saw that this issue improved for some players, we still continue to see that many players are not able to access their games in the EU region. Thank you for your continued patience, I'll be sure to provide further updates as they become available.
