The Rules of "Immunity"?
Post Body

Greetings!

I would love to hear everyone's opinions on "Immunity" in HearthStone. I've recently used a card in a Hunter's deck called "Bestial Wrath" (http://hearthstone.wikia.com/wiki/Bestial_Wrath) which gives a beast 1 attack and Immunity for the turn.

According to the "Immunity" tool tip: This character doesn't take damage.

Now call me crazy, but when I read that, I'm thinking to myself, Immunity should stop all damage... regardless of the source. Period.

I found myself in a situation where I had a Scavenging Hyena which was at a 6/2. My opponent had played a trap (this was vs another Hunter) and I was pretty sure that it was Explosive Trap (deal 2 dmg to every enemy if attacked). Thinking I'm a Hearthstone bonjwa, I decided to use Bestial Wrath to block the DMG from Explosive Trap that would kill my Hyena. So I used Bestial Wrath, mob says it's "Immune" but when the trap goes off...

HE DIES. I've asked around about an opinion on this and many believe that it is immune to DD effects, but AOE doesn't count. I have to believe that this is a bug and not "working as intended". That the world IMMUNE should actually mean IMMUNE to all sorts of damage. If this is not the case, why doesn't Immune just become Divine Shield?

Should IMMUNITY mean IMMUNITY to ALL damage? Should the tool tip be updated to say (Minion can't take damage [except from AoE])? This could very well be a bug, which I would actually be happy about... and if it is, then at least people can be aware of how it might not work in a situation where you believe it should!
