Cards that disappear from collection

Why do some cards seem to disappear from my deck from time to time. I am sure I had Luna's Pocket Galaxy as I remember playing it in a deck but when I just tried to use it in a brawl deck it is not in my collection anymore.
I have only dusted 2 legendaries and that was not one of them so why has it gone? There are other cards in my collection I remember having that I also need to craft. Do cards get given out at times and then rotate out?
