Tendrils only cast 2 spells at cost 10 bugged?

I've played a few dozen games with and against tendril shaman and so far i've only ever seen it cast sunset volley or the deal 3 damage to all enemies card. Never seen it cast cinematic necrotic explosion? I usually brush this stuff off to sample size but i've been spammed with enough 10 cost spells to the face and only have seen those two spells so I'm wondering.
