Blizzard refunded me but they didnt at the same time

I need some help as i dont know what to do. I bought the mega bundle from the google store from my phone, i didnt get it.

I bought it on the blizzard store as thats what support advised me to do.

Google wont refund me the bundle for whatever reason.

Support told me they are gonna refund me the bundle on my PC, i already opened the packs, i have the cards, but they removed Hedanis.

So i still bought a bundle but now i dont have Hedanis??? What do i even do.

edit : So now i have the cards from the packs and i can also buy the bundle again.

i had some trust because google did once refund me for a battlegrounds pass, same shit happened. I guess they cared more because it was 80$ not 10$ lmao
