I had been failing no contact the last few weeks. The max i got to was 4 days before i cracked. Iām on day 5 now. You know that episode where Mr Bean makes a fish sandwich and whacks the sardine against the arm of the bench? My heart feels like that, only if the fish kept being whacked repeatedly, mercilessly.
