Im about 2 months out of a 2.5 year relationship. We decided to mutually separate for reasons unique to each of our own personal lives. We were still in love with each other, our relationship was in a good place it was just strong personal factors that influenced our decision. I realized after we moved out how much he meant to me, how important he was too me, that I made the wrong decision to stay behind. He's told me that he may be open to picking up where we left off in the future. We still talk everyday, and still see each other on occasion. I don't know if I should hang on to that hope of picking up later, or attempt to move on. I don't know how, or what to feel. Should I tell him how I feel, just so he knows or should I just leave things where they are?
