CW: CHILD LOSS, MISCARRIAGE ..... I recently found out I miscarried my ex boyfriend's baby. In the winter to spring we had unprotected sex for a few months. I missed 2 periods and the 3rd came late. I had an awful time with it and had to recieve medical treatment. They sent some samples off for testing and I got scheduled for sterilization surgery because I didn't want children. They were pretty sure I had a miscarriage. Tests came back and I had been pregnant. I lost his baby. I was waiting on the right time to tell him. Things got busy in his life and I waited more. Then he dumped me out of the blue. We've been no contact for 2 weeks. Should I tell him?
