When I hold my nose and DRAW in air with force trough my nose my ears clicks! And when I have done that my hearing is reduced by maybe 20%... and then I can do that once again but a have to try to draw in the air with a little more force... I can do this at maximun 4 times I have reduced my hearing with 50% total.... can anyone else do this? And when I enter a Q tip I AND everybody near me hear a rustling sound deep inside my ears!!!! Kinda sounds like a plastic bag...

And to "reset" my hearing i simply do the same thing but try to push out the air trough my nose as I hold it with my fingers... and even that sound people can hear a rustling sound!!! Or i simply swallow....

I have done this since i was like 10 years old....

What is the problem???😂😂
