Stiff neck after an overwhelming headscissors session

Yesterday I had a headscissor session with a powerlifter that totally crushed my head and neck in reverse headscissors and reverse fig4 headscissors. Today I can’t even move my neck to the sides, my neck is extremely paintful and muscle sore and stiff. What can I do in these cases?
